Golden Goose Deluxe Brand is something I’ve always admired. They were founded in 2000 after bringing together the talents of Francesca Rinaldo and Alessandro Gallo in Italy. Over the years, they have grown into a major designer brand with retail locations worldwide, and it’s one that fashion fans can’t resist.
I’ve known about Golden Goose for years and I would often browse the selection at FarFetch, as they always had an fantastic selection, but I never ended up getting any because I always thought they were quite expensive and seemed too close in style to Converse, so they were always on my mental wishlist. A few years earlier, Adam was the one who originally loved the brand and he actually got his first pair of their Superstar sneakers last year, which was what made me pay more attention. After checking out his pair and realizing the uniqueness of each pair because they’re artisanal, I was more intrigued. As the Golden Goose Superstar sneakers are intentionally aged and made to seem broken-in, they are all hand done so there’s no two pairs alike. Some have stronger distressing than others, so there’s a whole spectrum.
If you’re choosing in person, it might be a good idea to compare several options and select from them, but if you’re ordering online, you have to hope you get a good pair!The pair of sneakers that I originally fell in love with first are the ones above in the main image, as they’ve been on the market forever, but I never ended up purchasing them.

They’re the highest quality sneakers I have.
I love my Vejas and Tretorns, but Golden Goose are just on another level.

Absolutely! But I’d recommend waiting for a sale.
